The rules for using ApnoEvent.
Organiser responsibilities
Organisers must provide accurate event details, safe venues, valid contact information, lawful content, adequate entry arrangements, and the tickets and services advertised. Listings may be sent back for changes, rejected, suspended or removed after review.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact details, protect their QR ticket, follow venue rules and check the event-specific cancellation policy before payment. A QR ticket is an access credential and must not be shared publicly.
Platform role and fees
ApnoEvent provides discovery, booking, payment, ticket delivery and entry tools. Listing is free. Applicable booking fees, platform fees and GST are itemised before payment and recorded with the booking.
