General
Is listing an event free?
Yes. Organisers can list events for free. Booking and platform fees, if any, are shown before payment.
Account & sign-in
I did not receive the OTP
The code is sent on WhatsApp to the number you entered. Check that WhatsApp is installed on that number, wait for the resend timer and tap Resend code. Too many attempts lock the code for a while for your safety.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. Your personal details are removed; booking and payment records are kept only as the law requires.
Booking
How do I book a ticket?
Choose an event, tap Book tickets, pick your ticket type and how many people are coming, then review and pay. Your QR ticket appears in My Tickets as soon as the booking is confirmed, and is also sent on WhatsApp.
Payment
Money was deducted but I have no ticket
Payments are confirmed with Razorpay automatically, usually within a minute — do not pay again. If a payment arrives after your booking window closed, it is either honoured or refunded automatically. Contact support with your booking ID if nothing changes within 30 minutes.
Tickets
Where are my tickets?
Open My Tickets. Every paid booking on your mobile number appears there with one QR code per person. The same tickets are also sent to you on WhatsApp.
Cancellation & refund
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation depends on the event's policy, shown on the event page. Contact support before the event with your booking ID.
How long does a refund take?
Once processed, refunds reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days.
Entry & check-in
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show the QR on your phone at the gate. Turn your screen brightness up. A printed copy works too.
Can one QR admit more than one person?
No. One QR admits one person, once. A booking for four people has four QR codes.
Security
Will ApnoEvent ever ask for my OTP or card details?
Never. Do not share OTPs, UPI PINs or card details with anyone, even if they say they are from ApnoEvent.
