What kind of events can I list?
Music / Concert, Dandiya / Garba, Comedy, Party / Nightlife, Wedding, Birthday / Private event, Sports, Conference / Business, Exhibition / Expo, Workshop / Class, Religious / Cultural, College / School, Other. If you're not sure, send the request anyway and tell us on the call.
Do I need to install an app?
No. You manage your event from the organiser dashboard in your phone's browser. Only your gate staff use the Apno Event Scanner app, to check tickets at entry.
How do buyers get their tickets?
Straight after payment, as a QR ticket on WhatsApp and in My Tickets on the website. They show the QR at the gate.
When do I get my money?
Ticket money is settled to your bank account after the event is over, with a statement showing every booking, refund and deduction.
